Very good. Your breakfast sludge sounds very familiar to mine. I’ve moved on from meat with the exception of fish or perhaps deer harvested by a friend but that is a rare treat. I feel better sticking to lots of fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds and a spicy concoction of local ginger, turmeric and carrot juices.

Of course, possible multiplicity of variations are virtually infinite. The point, I guess, is the concentrated nutritional benefits and relative ease (in terms of digestion & metabolism) of the potion. An excellent, tasty alternative to the juice-based tang of the version presented here is a coconut/almond milk-based potion with cacao and chocolate protein powder and lots of nuts. More nuts the better, in my view. Hana Hou!
